NEWSFLASH: United Nations Obtains Territorial Foothold.

        On December 23, 1913, two days before Christmas, the 63rd  Congress
supposedly  passed  the Federal Reserve Act. This Act established the Third
National Bank or the Federal Reserve Corporation for a twenty year charter.
This Act fraudulently converted the Constitutionally assigned Congressional
power to coin money to the private  Federal  Reserve  Corporation.  Private
paper  money  in  the  form  of "Federal Reserve Notes" began being used in
place of lawful public money. The Federal Reserve  then  printed  more  and
more  private  notes  using  the concept of "fractional reserve banking" to
dilute the money supply and draw off the gold  of  THE  PEOPLE.  And  while
Congress  was  prohibited  by  the  Constitution  for  the United States of
America and The Coinage Act of April 2, 1792 from issuing such paper  notes
and  obligations,  nothing prohibited the Federal Reserve Corporation  from
issuing its ultimately totally unredeemable private notes.
        From 1914 to 1929, Congress spent and spent these discounted  notes
further  allowing  the money of THE PEOPLE to be drawn off into the private
hands of the "owners" of the Federal Reserve Corporation. By October  1929,
the  Federal  Reserve,  which controlled the money supply, promptly cut off
the supply plunging the country into a pre-planned depression. In 1933, the
twenty  year  charter  of  the  Federal  Reserve Corporation expired and it
called in its debt. The United States' Treasury was empty and the  Congress
was  forced  to  declare  bankruptcy  as  stated in HJR 192 This resolution
suspended the gold standard, abrogated  the  gold  clause,  and  prohibited
private   ownership   of   gold.  By  foreclosing  on  the  United  States'
obligations, the Federal Reserve forced the  country  to  pledge  the  only
thing  left  of  value,  the  allodial  land  titles that were owned by THE
PEOPLE. And, thus, the Pennsylvania State  Legislature  was  the  first  to
pledge  the  private  land  titles  of  THE  PEOPLE as collateral for their
portion of  the  public  debt.  See  Pennsylvania  PL  111  and  California
Government Code, Section 126(c) for examples.
        As one can clearly see, the United States of  America  was  and  is
bankrupt. It is owned entirely by its creditors.

        "In 1938, all the higher judges, the top  attorneys  and  the  U.S.
Attorneys  were  called  into  a  secret meeting and this is what they were
told:
        'America is a bankrupt nation -- it  is  owned  completely  by  its
creditors. The creditors own the Congress, they own the Executive, they own
the Judiciary and they own all the state governments.
        'Take silent judicial notice of this  fact,  but  NEVER  reveal  it
openly.  Your  court  is  operating  in a Admiralty Jurisdiction -- call it
whatever you want, but do not call it Admiralty.'" Howard Freeman  Lecture,

        The reason that it this fact has been concealed is that if it  were
known  and  the  foreclosure  of  the privately owned, yet publicly pledged
properties were to take place, THE PEOPLE would become "annoyed" and  their
"annoyance"  would  show  itself  in the form of guns and revolt. It is not
"expedient" at this time for the international bankers to admit  this  fact
that they own everything and could foreclose on this and every other nation
in the world. There  are  too  many  privately  owned  guns,  uncooperative
armies, and other military forces.
        In order to bring the world to the situation where this fact can be
revealed  and  their  foreclosure take place, the bankers need to bring the
world under One World Government and consolidate  the  judiciary  into  one
World Court. The United Nations and George Bush's "New World Order" are the
mechanism for this One World Government. Recent developments  support  this
contention.
        According to the District Court of Appeal in  California  on  April
24,  1950,  the  United Nations Charter has superceded the Constitution for
the United States of America.

        "The efforts of our government [in espousing  the  rights  of  less
privileged  nations]  reached fruition in the convention of representatives
of the nations of the earth at which the Charter of the United Nations  was
adopted.  It  was  promptly  ratified  by  the Senate of the United States,
thereby proclaiming allegiance to its principles  and  providing  precedent
and  example  for  other  countries.  The  United  States  has consistently
regarded its treaties with other nations as inviolate.
        "The Charter [of the United Nations] has become 'the supreme Law of
the  Land;  and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing
in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary  Notwithstanding".
U.S.  Const., Art. VI, sec 2. The position of this country in the family of
nations forbids trafficking in  innocuous  generalities  but  demands  that
every  State  in the Union accept and act upon the Charter according to its
plain language and it unmistakable purpose and intent."  Sep  Fujii  v  The
State  of  California, 217 P.2d 431, 242 P.2d 617, 38 Cal.2d 713 (Review of
the United Nations Charter, p. 239) [emphasis added]

According to the Senate of the United States of America, the United Nations
Charter  is  already  the  supreme  Law  of the land and the United States'
government is under direct control of the United Nations'  resolutions  and
laws. The United States owes the United Nations "allegiance".

"Allegiance.  Obligation  of  fidelity  and  obedience  to  government   in
consideration  for protection that government gives. U.S. v Kuhn, D.C.N.Y.,
49 F.Supp. 407, 414." Black's Law Dictionary, 5th Edition, p.69

Thus the United States owes allegiance to the United Nations and the United
Nations Charter is the supreme Law of the Land.

        During the 1980's, the Regan/Bush Regime assisted in the arming and
buildup  of  Iraq for a two-part reason. First, Iraq has stubbornly refused
to allow its resources, about one quarter, if not more, of the world's oil,
as  well  as  other  minerals to be exploited by the international bankers.
Second, Iraq had the world's fifth largest army and  this  is  obviously  a
threat  to  aforementioned bankers (another "uncooperative" army). To solve
this dilemma, Regan/Bush told Iraq to go ahead and do whatever was "in  its
national  interest"  knowing full well that this would include the invasion
of Kuwait.
        In defense of Iraq, it may have  legitimate  reasons  for  claiming
some  of  the  territory  of  Kuwait  as  its  own.  Iraq is historically a
seafaring nation. "Sinbad the sailor" was an Iraqi. The British arbitrarily
carved  up  the  region  during  this  century with no regard to historical
borders. Iraq claims, perhaps rightly so, that it used to  have  access  to
the  sea  and  that  Kuwait  is  in  fact  a part of its territory. (Sounds
somewhat like Mexico claiming Texas  or  California...)  In  addition,  the
Emirs  of Kuwait have been systematically destroying the Iraqi economy with
their oil pricing policies. This is not to say  that  Iraq  is  some  "star
among  nations" or a "beacon of freedom". There is a great deal of evidence
that Iraq is a threat to many nations and  that  repeated  atrocities  have
been  committed, but our government sponsored mass-media presented image of
Iraq, the monster, is a self-serving farce. Further, George  Bush  and  his
family own MASSIVE oil interests in the area giving them PERSONAL incentive
to destabilize the region. When the United States convinced its "allies" to
help  in  its invasion of Iraq and "liberation" of Kuwait, the world took a
giant step toward One World Government.
        The message to THE PEOPLE of the world was clear. With  the  demise
of  the Soviets as one of the two superpowers, the United States of America
is now the "world's army". When it is in the interests of the  bankers  and
other  monied  interests,  this  "world's  army" can and will take whatever
action these powers deem "economically prudent". If there is a nation  that
is  withholding  its resources from exploitation, the world government will
use coercion, constructive fraud, and entrapment to fabricate  a  situation
that  will  allow  that  nation's destruction. If one of the several States
were to "get out of line", these powers could  have  it  bombed  flat  with
absolute impunity with the support of the international community (at least
that's the message). The United States led the action against Iraq "asking"
all  of  the  other  nations  to  "assist"  whit  the United Nations in the
background adding legitimacy with its resolutions and laws.
        The stated reason for the action against  Iraq  was  one  of  clear
intent. One nation had violated the sovereign borders of another and was to
be ousted from the its borders. When the clear intention  of  routing  Iraq
from  Kuwait  was  accomplished,  a set of not-so-clear-intentioned actions
began. The "world's army" began policing the interior  of  the  country  to
assist  the  various  ethnic  factions  who were committing a theoretically
moral yet clearly illegal action of insurrection (illegal in the  sense  of
the  sovereignty  of  Iraq).  Had  the United States been similarly policed
during the 1800's, surely similar force would have been used to assist  the
Native  Americans  while  keeping  the Calvary at bey. This double standard
shows what the real intent is: namely, to destroy any opposition and  force
to  the emerging new World Government or New World Order. This action shows
that the United Nations can be involved in a war and  can  enforce  certain
ideologies  upon  the  rest of the world. Keeping in mind the fact that the
United States is totally owned by its creditors, it is not surprising  that
the  bankers  got  the  "biggest goon on the block that owed them money" to
perform the "dirty work" for them and lead the international forces.  After
all, we do have the best military and the most resources.
        However, One key element was missing from the  as-yet  unformulated
(or at least unrevealed) equation. The United Nations is a strange creature
of statute, indeed.  It  is  a  government  with  no  territory  to  govern
directly.  Governments have  always been formed when a region was inhabited
and those people created some political organization. However,  the  United
Nations  was  created  in  reverse  order:  the  political organization was
created before there was a body politic. The United States' government (the
biggest  debtor)  ceded a seat of power in New York to this bodiless nation
thus creating a de facto "government in exile", ab initio.  So  the  United
Nations  started  flexing  and  trying... Iraq has shown us that the United
Nations can conduct wars and "overthrow" governments (the overthrow of Iraq
is   not  yet  complete  but  is  still  being  attempted  through  various
pressures).
        And now, for the next chapter, Somalia.
        During the "Cold War", Somalia had a great deal of ideological  and
strategic  importance.  It  was  a  game piece in the Arms Race between the
Soviet Union and the United States. There are not many resources  or  other
valuable  commodities  there  but  its  location  was of import. The United
States and U.S.S.R. traded attempts at winning over  the  political  powers
with  weapons  and  such  to  keep  the  populace  in  line in exchange for
strategic bases and whatnot. Once the "Cold War" importance was  no  longer
significant, Somalia was more of less forgotten about. The artificial power
structure was no longer propped up from remote and thus  the  country  fell
into  lawlessness  and  civil war. This further degenerated into famine and
mass starvation.
        ("And now for my next trick...")  In rush the United  States/United
Nations  to  save  the  day!  Forget the fact that the United States mostly
caused the situation with self-interest and immoral behavior. Somalia  must
be  helped  and  the  United  States  is  going to help. The mission was to
"restore hope" and get the food to the starving people. The  United  States
went in unilaterally and began to assert its military de facto rule. Cities
were "secured" and their populace disarmed. This is an important step. This
area  might  as  well be Downtown Los Angles or another major United States
city in a riot or other insurrection. The populace had large  weaponry  and
was  "running  amok"  in  urban  and  rural areas. What a wonderful testing
ground for similar as-yet unannounced "missions" in the United States where
the  uncooperative  populace  still has guns (although right now the United
States still has an equally uncooperative army, navy,  et  cetera,  so  the
"securing" of that region will have to wait).
        Once the "original mission" of providing food has been accomplished
and  the  area  is  secure,  the  scariest  part of all begins. There is NO
GOVERNMENT in Somalia. There are no longer any written  laws,  no  official
police  force,  no  judicial, executive, or legislative arms of government,
nothing. The United States has disarmed much of the populace  or  at  least
attempted  to do so. The United States is preparing to transfer the "peace-
keeping" functions being performed over to the United Nations!  The  United
Nations  will  be  in  charge  of  RUNNING  THE  COUNTRY.  THEY WILL BE THE
GOVERNMENT!. The United  Nations  has  now  obtained  its  first  political
region.  Phrased  in the same terms used for the political sub-divisions of
the United States, this will be a possession or territory, and not a state.
A  state  is  a  sovereign entity with its own government. Somalia does not
have a government at this time. The United Nations has a  region  like  the
District  of Columbia in New York City under its direct legislative control
and will have a possession or territory like Guam or Puerto Rico  currently
called "Somalia".
        Think about it: the United Nations will have a seat  of  government
like  the  District of Columbia, a standing army, a territory or possession
(soon to be  its  first  state?),  a  charter  that  supercedes  all  other
constitutions,  and  a  bankrupt  and  disintegrating  world  ready  to  be
"assimilated". The New World Order A.K.A.  One  World  Government  is  just
around the corner!
